There is a myriad of reasons, both physiological and psychological, as to why exercise makes you feel, good. You probably feel that working out gives you more energy because of the increased hemoglobin concentration that results from working out. More hemoglobin in the blood means more oxygen saturation in the body, which provides more O2 available for the production fo H2O, which is a prime component of the Krebs cycle for the production of ATP. (energy).
That's just my guess, I could be wrong.
