None of those companies are "high risk" and using a 3rd party biller.
I am not saying that what the above guy said is true but you need to compare apples to apples. None of the above companies are required to stay under 1% cd either.

Very true...also..all those companies send out reciepts to your email after EVRYTIME they charge your credit card...ii sure as hell dont do that for my websites after the first purchase
