probably the same thing that directTV, AOL, most ISP's, news papers, magazine subscriptions, water company and all the other places that rebill will do.

None of those companies are "high risk" and using a 3rd party biller.
I am not saying that what the above guy said is true but you need to compare apples to apples. None of the above companies are required to stay under 1% cd either.

Very true...also..all those companies send out reciepts to your email after EVRYTIME they charge your credit card...ii sure as hell dont do that for my websites after the first purchase :2 cents:
