:stop MerchSolutions.com didn't pay out. Important News!

I just hung up with 2 gateway providers that work with merchsolutions and they explained that they did not receive payment for the processing yet as of today. MS are 2 1/2 weeks late in payouts. The gateway provider can't pay its clients and cannot even pay themselves for the gateway services provided to MS. The next step might be a cancellation of service until they pay up. The info is 100% true and accurate. I won't post company or people's names but this info comes from accounting reps of 2 prime gateway providers.
I guess MS are probably going to go down or take off with the cash. We'll find out soon enough. My contact at one of the gateways will keep me updated and I will post the results here. Good luck to those who processed with them. If they get yanked by the gateways it will be adios to the rebills and your money.

Anything to say about this Dingo?

I'm not bashing him for the info, I'm bashing him for being a dumbass who can't see the warning signs.

I'm pretty sure he's the kind of person who would drink a bottle with a poison warning, under a flashing "DRINK ME" sign.

And I also think you are an idiot who can't read between the lines.

Thanks Nostradamas, but most of us here would rather hear/see an explanation from the company itself, although they have seemed to be interested in eluding the GFY community altogether, recently...

Dingo, I remember talking to you, and hearing some of your promises, and what did we tell you? We said you guys are too good to be true....guess we were right

That is non-sense. Do you think Paypal will get shut down? As long as Paypal is in existence, the third party model will be alive. As long as billing companies can afford to place the astronmical security bonds (like Paypal has done), then the model will continue to exist.

And, if anything, the situation is probably getting better for billing companies because of the amount of litigation Visa and MC are facing. The card associations have suffered legal setbacks which hopefully will set precendants and curb their unilateral ability to reign terror on the adult industry.

Are you joking? That is the reason ibill had its account frozen was for aggregating. I have 2 friends who've been processing for years and know almost everyone in every company. You think CCBILL has a long time left? Ibill planned to use their bank and got denied, the bank knows CCBILL has little time left as well. Can you process adult/casino/pharmacy with paypal? It's double standards but paypal has been allowed to operate so long as they comply to some rules.

Ive been telling you guys since day 1 that they would scam webmasters and not pay or only pay months later but only to big sponsors so they looked good in the eyes of others. Dingo has been offering processing for spammers for a while and was a well known scammer but for some reason people decided to use them anyways.

Man, somebody needs to write a fucking Dingo/Merchant Solutions TRUE FAQ or history or something, lol. I'm not joking, you sound like one of the most knowledgable sources of info. on this company.. I've been able to find very brief, but negative threads on them in GFY, as well as in a couple of other webmaster boards. But that's all I know so far. Keep talking, those of us, like me, who don't know their complete history, are listening.

Well to sum it up they started advertising on a few of the spam forums offering bullet proof cc processing with daily payments by wire or western union. People jumped on it and started processing with them and for the first week or so they were paying out daily without any problems. Then some of the bigger sponsors started using them like badcow (huge affiliate program with around 200 mailers) but they didnt pay out the money owed for at least 4 months. He also screwed over adam from oxbill, his defense was that oxbill was processing cp and other scam sites which is complete bullshit considering how long oxbill has been processing for both spam and non spam programs. So after that all dingo offered was excuses like the bank was holding back the money, that affiliate programs werent shipping out orders etc etc. A few months later he found about GFY but since he had a bad rep he decided to pay the big boys in the spam business like vlad so when some not so well known people like adam from oxbill and myself warn people that they won't get paid a bigger program would come along and say "yea we got paid just late" and sure enough people started using them. The way they were able to sponsor the players ball, spend all that money on advertising, and book cypris hill is by not paying out webmasters they owed money to. Now of course it ends with a few people here on gfy getting screwed and sure enough dingo will run low on funds again and come here under a new name and company offering processing. You'd be better off with globill and ibill instead of this clown dingo.
