yep, money is the main motivation for me. of course there are others as well, like being able to make my own hours, be my own boss. do what i want when i want (to an extent, gotta get work done sometime).you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..Comment

Actually .. its worse then being motivated for money .. if I wanted more money, I could ask for it or get a 2nd job .. I need to feel appreciated by the people I work for or work with, which is not something I have control over, other then doing really good work, and if you're constantly doing a good job, people dont notice. Most of my motivation has to come internally. (I'm good enough, smart enough, and gosh darn it .. people like me)Originally posted by BradM
