the more links you have on a site - the more PR your site leaks.

The answer to your question is NO it doesnt ban link dumps. But the thing is, a linkdump will have a few hundred outgoing links, so the pr its giving you is very small.

I thought about that too a few weeks ago, but wouldn't that give your competition the chance to hurt your Rankings by posting your site to linkdumps? That would be even more harmful than it is now, so I don't think that Google threatens a linkdump in any other (penalized) way than any other site. But what do I know
