We're doing some fairly radical reorganization of our 'empire', and I have been giving consideration to possibly selling our linksite:

http://www.touchyourmonkey.com

It's heavily indexed in the SE's, with decent PR on numerous pages.

I'd estimate that the link site itself gets approximately 3000 - 5000 uniques a day, between the various pages/subpages. Most of that would be SE traffic.

I also use this site as the sole repository for tgp submissions, and have been averaging approximately 400,000 uniques a month. Note that this particular aspect would be a pain in the ass for the purchaser - if you want to maintain that traffic, you'll have to pretty much replace each page with your own. Regardless, the traffic is there.

We're not firm on the idea of selling it - but we are considering it. Our current 1 year business plan is a lot about streamlining and focus, and not being so 'sprawling'.
