Does anyone know of this???
I need a program that will automaticly rotate ip's on a windows machine. Nomrally they have to be changed by hand through network admin. I want a program that will change them for me every X amount of minutes.

 Nah anyway, i think i remember seeing some tools on tucows or similar, doing that...long time ago though....maybe google has the answer
