I need a program that will automaticly rotate ip's on a windows machine. Nomrally they have to be changed by hand through network admin. I want a program that will change them for me every X amount of minutes.

hmmmm why would you need that? trying to cheat some per click program ?

Nah anyway, i think i remember seeing some tools on tucows or similar, doing that...long time ago though....maybe google has the answer :)

programs like that are used for spam.....

Or hacking. We were defending hackers that were hammering our in house servers last week. New IP every few seconds, same people trying to get in.
