There is more than that taped conversation... like reputable third party witnesses who have "things" to say :-) The crap always rises to the suface when a ship sinks - but give em more rope in the meantime.

How is all worked is they formed a corporation called Media Billing in order to purchase Ibill. Garrett Bender and Jason Galanis controlled this corporation. Garrett claimed to not to be in much control.

It seems to be that Jason would love to squeeze every dime they can out of Ibill before shutting the thing down. In which case Ibill will be worthless to anybody that would want to buy Ibill and there would be no money left to pay anyone. Only problem is in the case of fraud, the corporate veil doesn't apply and both Jason and Garrett are personally liable for money owed and the damage they have done to our businesses. I would forget going after Ibill for money, I would go after Garrett and Jason.

Well gota wait till all Ibill employees are fired before you expect any of them to start talking. And very few of them will know for sure where the money went to. They will mainly have recollection about what they were told to say to webmasters when they called in asking about payments.

The key is to follow the money trail from how Ibill is taking 100% of our money and then can't find a way to return any % of that money back to us. That will be done in bankruptcy and criminal proceedings. Then we will know just how much money found its way into the insiders of media billing.

Not really a secret conference call, most webmasters heard it. Don't know if any other webmasters had idea to tape it in case they needed it for legal action later on.
Not trying to be picky about this..but if you did tape a conversation and the people talking did not know you were, then without a court order for a wire tap, this tape would never be admissable into a court of law.

Well was public conference call for all Ibill webmasters which was heard by 1000's of people. We all dialed in through AT&T conference call network with our passcodes. Not like I wiretaped anyone's private phone line to get the info.

Admissible? I'm not a lawyer but I would say this is in fact admissible. At any rate, there is a record of what was said by media billing executives at the conference call.

Seems to me the final step of the Ibill fraud is to steal the First Data money but I don't think Ibill will be able to keep up the scam long enough to collect that money.

Their plan by releasing the new story and posting on the adult message boards was to make webmasters think that money was coming in by Jan 31st. So everyone would sit tight till then. Then they have about 2 week into Feb before anyone would start asking questions. Then it would be time to come up with another excuse or shut the operation down.

But their plan is backfiring and the attorney general of Florida may get involved with the situation. So now you got the top guys at media billing trying to cover their asses and claim that the situation was out of their control and Ibill was just another .com bust. But where did all the money go? That will be the question that has to be answered. This won't go away quietly, there is just too many webmasters and too many millions of dollars involved.

Hey for all that are new to the ibill saga we have been going through, here's a humorous summary of our communication between webmasters and Ibill.

09/30/04
Ibill: Hey webmasters we had small problem with First Data merchant processing, seems they are self-righteous motherfuckers and will no longer do business with us.

Webmasters Thoughts: So I guess that means our reserves and money
processed to end of Sept will be delayed huh?

Ibill: Chill out man, we been doing this business since the start of the internet, wait for the conference call in Nov. for our master plan going forward.

Webmasters Thoughts: Ok, later dude.

11/03 Conference Call
Ibill: Ok listen up, here's the deal. We keep all the money from reserves and Sept plus we hold back all your October revenue as well. Next payment in Dec for Nov revenue. Btw, you guys can take part in the growth of Ibill by converting all your past due amounts to IBD stock. Got some hot new processing solutions, get setup ASAP. Ibill direct really hot and on sale now for $1500.

Webmasters Thoughts:
Boy lot of info for my brain to handle at one time. So many choices, does the Ibill direct come in custom colors and stuff?

Ibill:
Hey no problem, we just switch you over to Gkard automatically. Don't worry be happy man

12/01/04
Webmasters Thoughts: Hey thanks for payments, you guys rock!

Ibill: Its all good baby!!!

12/15/04
Webmasters Thoughts: Hey man we ready for next payment

Ibill: Hang on dudes, we working on it, check CMI merchant admin for updates.

01/02/04
Ibill: Happy new year homies, great news those IBD rat bastards are going pony up $10 million dollars worth of stock on Jan 31st. We in the money.. We in the money....

Webmasters Thoughts: Great, now what about payments?

Ibill: Man you guys are so greedy, the story said Jan 31st you dumb fucks.

Webmaster Thoughts: Hey wait a minute, something fishy here?

Ibill posting on message boards: Maybe your wife needs to clean her snatch.

Who do you work for ? I dont believe you are a webmaster that is owed money .You wouldnt be hiding under a new nick. I believe your someone who wants to make sure there is less competition in the third party processoring field. I cant believe you guys cant see how transparent this person is. Also promising to pay and then not paying because of lack of money is not fraud. Those who say well they have been processing , yeah but if you are processing alot less it makes a difference . Alot of people bailed out. Also ibill falls I dont care how many attorneys are involved no one will see a fucking dime. So I hope for the best so I can get paid.

Yea.. this is one of the problems... Galanis, Molina and all the other "associates". Interesting stuff - I never knew much of this was widely known, apart from John G.

You'd need to wear rubber gloves if you were unfortunate enough to meet them and shake hands.

I thought for one naive moment that young Galanis had been evicted from the iBill scenario - but that must have been wishful thinking.

As stated before, I am a webmaster that is owed money. I love third processing cause it makes customers feel more comfortable knowing that the website owner doesn't have your CC number when you make a purchase on their website. I will continue to support 3rd party processing.

Ibill would have us believe that all the money generated from Nov 15th - Dec 31st. 15.9% fees + 15% reserves + screwing any revshare payments over that time and still with over 31% fees they can't find the money to pay us for 2 weeks.

If that is truly the case, they really should just shut down.

Remember they also held back all of Oct's money also. Now they want to buy take yet another month (Jan) revenue and then maybe, just maybe we get paid for 2 weeks of sending transactions to them.

Hello everyone. Please excuse my son's behavior on this forum. He has a really bad habit of talking aggressively to himself since taking an overdose of penis enlargement pills. We tried to explain to him they only work after you've reached puberty but he would't listen.

Contrary to what some people are saying here, he was never emotionally traumatized as a child. His father did once use his head for baseball practice when he was 5 but that was only after he got caught jerking off to Elmo dancing, in front of his sister.

As for the money Ibill owes him, I bought him the latest Teletubby DVD so that should keep him calm for a while until the remaining $17.30 comes through.

Kids!

Well whole purpose of Ibill reps posting here on adult message boards is to imply that the pay date would be around Jan 31st. So they hope no one would start asking questions till 2 weeks into Feb. at which time they need to come up with another excuse.

So in order to payout for 2 weeks worth of processing, they need processing revenue from Nov 15-30, Dec and Jan revenue. Oh and maybe a little of Feb too and well Feb is short month anyway so may as well just hold entire month there too.

Hi Mom! It is very kind of you to explain this about your son, but there is no need. Whatever his motivation is, he is speaking some truth and this is something some seem inhibited to do.

As to your motivation.. who knows Momma, tho I know you have your son's interests at heart.

Moms!

This thread would be dead if it wasn't for the many millions of dollars we are owed.

Is there just one site out there that is still taking Ibill signups. Would like to see one. Post your urls here and hey maybe you get preferred treatment from Ibill ;)
