Here is for you:
Anger Management
This program focuses on explosive, contrary or emotional outbursts that result in physical or emotional battery with acquaintances other than family or significant others. The goal of anger management is to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes. You can't get rid of, or avoid, the things or the people that enrage you, nor can you change them, but you can learn to control your reactions.

I'd say it sold for more than enough for a new house on the hills, boat on the lake and a fleet of new cars.

Its 300k a day in uniques. Not really that big of a site at all. And if it was making all kinds of cash they would not be selling ad spots on it now. Sites that have amazing traffic and are making a ton off affiliate sales, dont need to sell ad spots in my opinon. There is no way in hell it sold for over 200k. If it did, someone got hosed and if i know Slap... he didnt get hosed.

Its also not yearly sales times three... its monthly income times three.

Monthly? Not when your talking about TGP's..... Name a big TGP that would actually sell 3 times their monthly income and I will laugh.

There are to many loose ends with tgps. No members base, no recurring the only thing they have is traffic and that can vary from day to day and month to month. The bigger ones stay more consistant, but still 300k a day isnt that amazing to warrent a 1 mill price tag. While that has value its MUCH harder to place long term growth and income on when calculating a sale price.

I can see a program that has a members base and 300k in traffic pulling that kind of sale amount, but not a tgp. However, this is just my opinion. I could be wrong. Its hard to figure what 300k a day in tgp traffic is worth. I know it would have value to me, but I would flood it with my stuff then sell ads and gallery spots to other programs.

IDK... I could be wrong, but I dont think so. Pretty basic economics are in play here. Im sticking to 200k to maybe and I mean maybe 300k.

As for the three months of sales to calculate a sale price.... thats how I have bought.

Thumbzilla is an established site with steady traffic. Why would he sell for 3 months revenue? The offer had to be pretty good or he would have just continued to sit on the site, let some one else run it and collect the checks.

Your joking I gather. Most big TGPs sell ad spots. Otherwise that's money that they could make but aren't. Even The Hun sells ad spots. That is probably were they make the most money.

Just because you don't need to make the money from ad spots, it would be stupid not to make that extra money from ad spots.

It's 3 years worth of gross profit. It would make no sense to sell 3 months worth of gross profit. Unless your desperate to get out of the business.

Im still in business because I dont over value items and I make purchases based on real numbers, not on anything else. GFY's and its list of newbies have a way of WAY over valuing sites. The thought that kids with no business experience could place a figure on a site is really interesting. Some of the people that speculate on site value have not even paid rent on their own place yet. haha Twistys is NO newbie or kid. I doubt he over paid.

When I buy, I buy because its a good deal and I can turn a profit on it. Thats good business and playing smart with your money. Im sure Slap did the same, no doubt. He's has been around for a long time and I find it nearly impossible to think he over paid and didnt make the best deal possible. The fact the GTS is now involved and selling ad spots is proof he has a solid plan.

Ive said I could be wrong on this. Pipecrew has a clue and his price is in the neighborhood that what I estimated.

Just an FYI.... you stay in business by not over paying for products and services. Being able to calculate true value, short term and long term is key. Im sure Twistys got the deal they wanted.

Hi Guys. I'm in vegas right now. We are looking forward to meeting everyone

With regards to how much we sold. Both Zilla and I agreed to keep the price confidential. One thing you can be sure is that Zilla didn't have to sell. He was happy as it was so it was low bargain price. I think we both feel it's a fair price that we are both happy with

Battuss that number from Nelvac isn't right. We've all agreed to keep it quiet so I'm sure Nelvac just mentioned a number to get people off his back.

Cosis we've done our homework for the past 12 months regarding purchasing sites. Zilla isn't the first we approached, he was just the first that we managed to strike a deal with. The price range usually varies from 6 months to 24 months of income all depending all the site. There are alot of factors that come in to play. When dealing with well established sites you obviously pay a premium for the name. And just a quick note, Zilla makes a hell of a lot more than $500K every 3 years Zilla set the site up as a money machine

I would say $300k would be a fair price.
