Battuss that number from Nelvac isn't right. We've all agreed to keep it quiet so I'm sure Nelvac just mentioned a number to get people off his back.
Cosis we've done our homework for the past 12 months regarding purchasing sites. Zilla isn't the first we approached, he was just the first that we managed to strike a deal with. The price range usually varies from 6 months to 24 months of income all depending all the site. There are alot of factors that come in to play. When dealing with well established sites you obviously pay a premium for the name. And just a quick note, Zilla makes a hell of a lot more than $500K every 3 years
