That is my big fear in life, doing smoking jokes in my act and showing up 3 years from now. (rough smoking voice) Goodevening everybody, remember me?... I was wrong.. Smoking is real fuckin bad for you

I'm bill hicks and I'm dead now. Because I smoke cigarettes. Cigarettes didnt kill me, a bunch of non smokers kicked the shit out of me one night. I tried to run, they had more energy than I. I tried to hide but they heard me wheezing.

No, I don't do drugs anymore, either. But I'll tell you something about drugs. I used to do drugs, but I'll tell you something honestly about drugs, honestly, and I know it's not a very popular idea, you don't hear it very often anymore, but it is the truth: I had a great time doing drugs.
