Top Bucks glitch looks like shaving to me

Top Bucks new stats fucked up yesterday by showing me recurring signups on my per sign up account. Today those sign ups are not found.

Looks like shaving to me.

We all know that some sponsors shave but I will say this about shaving these days.

1. They are shaving too fucking hard!

2. Their shaving algorithms are too fucking uneven where they shave every signup from some webmasters.

At least they should fix the shaving to not go below a certain price per click sent.

If I ever figure a way to convert my adult sites to non-adult and still keep my traffic then I will get the fuck out of this biz.

Anyone else notice funny stuff with Top Bucks stats?

On your per signup account? Ummm you dont get paid for recurring joins on your per signup account. You only get paid on the initial joins. Possibly this is that those joins are from your previous joins that are recurring.

You think you might email them about it first instead of posting it on the board and make yourself look like an idiot.

I'm glad they were the same for you but they were not for me.
I was wondering how they were going to pay me for those signups but they fixed that problem by just not showing them to me.

Anyway how can they show me these signups and not be in error.
Either they fucked up and gave me sign up credits I didn't deserve or they fucked up and removed them or they fucked up and showed me how they shave.

There is no other case to consider.

As I mentioned previously:
Yesterday the stats being displayed in per sign up accounts showed your new sales during that time period as well as any sales previously sent that had recurring dates during that same time period. That particular stats display is designed for revshare webmasters to determine the value of their 80% pay out, but it showed up in the per sign up accounts as well when we made the new version live. We?ve removed that from the stats area because it was creating confusion to per sign up webmasters and is unrelated to a per sign up webmaster?s pay out.

I think you look like an idot to assume that I ever had a recurring account that would have merged to a pay-per-join account.

I never had a rev-share account so how could I get a fucking re-bill? And in any event I didn't get paid for it and it no longer in the stats because they removed the recurring column from my stats.

One, it should never have shown up; two, why did it have sales;
three if it was an error why didn't they post something about it?

Finally, emailing someone about shaving when they already know they are shaving is a fucking waste of time.

Using NATS or MPA doesn't mean shit, its all database reliant! Encrypt the database data.

Do you even UNDERSTAND what the new TopBucks stats show?

It shows [if you are on the PPS business model] the amount of trial to full signups you got i.e. recurring to.

Basically, this is a method to enable YOU to judge whether you are making the most of your traffic

For example, lets say you have 5 signups today, 3 of them convert to a full membership..

That means you have been paid $35 for the 5 signups on a PPS business model making you $175 however, you would have been paid, 3 x 80% on the revshare business model... for as long as they remain a member of the site.

So you look at how much you COULD have made on the different program, then look at how much you DID make on the current model you are using and decide.. do those 5 signups make me more by using PPS or by using revshare?

Its not really rocket science, an untrained monkey could figure it out.

Although, now this has been removed.. its all a moot issue

Regards,

Lee

I liked seeing the recurring, trial, and full join signups on the PPJ stats. It didn't look funny to me. I was like great I really get to see the quality of my traffic. Even though I don't get paid on those rebills I still like to see them. It makes my wiener tingle.

In other words: You admit you fucked up hard but didn't post a single thing about it in the news section of the stats that everyone has to go thru to get to stats.

So you fucked up hard and didn't tell anyone until you got hit with a post on this board.

Trying to keep it a secret that you fucked up hard?

Why?

Hit me up on icq 120353154, I'll be more then happy to explain in detail how your sales get a re-bill.

No matter what program you are in (per sign up or revshare), once a member signs up we do our best to keep them around, keep them happy, and to stay on for another month. When they stay on, they get re-billed. We track what webmasters sent what sales and how many of those sales have re-billed for analysis purposes.

I agree Ryan.

Would love to have that information back that way, i can see after a couple of months whether the PPS or Revshare business model would end up making me more money than we already make with Topbucks

Please bring this functionality back to the stats Lee, is needed in todays evolving industry for those of us who arent doing this for beer mony to make solid business decisions.

Lee

No.

They admited it was confusing to some of the stupid webmasters they have.

Those who have no concept of looking at stats.. i dunno how it can be simplified any more than that. Oh wait yes i do..

It confused the dumb fucks like you.

Just to clarify my position on the stats changes..

1) The fact they have been removed sucks for those of us who want to make solid, informed business choices.

2) The guy that started this thread is a moron.

3) I want to see the recurring information bought back into the TopBucks stats.

First, since I'm getting paid for signups I don't give a shit about a rebill that I don't get paid for.

Second if it were such a good thing then why remove it in less than 24 hours?

I didn't see anything wrong with sowing that info until it was abruptly removed without explanation. That is what raised my intrest.

And by the way you do shave just like a lot of other sponsors, my complaint is you shave too fucking hard.

That's smart of you to not have read that I wasn't confused until it was removed.

You time-line/events logic is stupid.

And no I don't give a shit about what I would be making on their recurring program because I use other recurring programs instead that don't use trials because they pay more money.

No need to find out shit I already know.

Topbucks should ban your account. You just admitted you didn't see anything wrong with showing the info. They pulled it because of stupid shit like this. How many times does it have to be explained.

Did you notice you are the only one complaining in this thread and it's obvious to everyone else.

I use PPS and I liked when Topbucks was showing reacurring stats

I was going to over the data and see if I should promote some sites to the reacurring payout instead.

Did you notice you are the only one complaining in this thread and it's obvious to everyone else.
You say ban my account because I complained and then wonder why no one else is complaining.

Where is the ass-hat emoticon when I need it?

First, since I'm getting paid for signups I don't give a shit about a rebill that I don't get paid for.

I said ban your account because you accused them of shaving without proof and it's been explained over and over and you STILL DON'T GET IT. Go back to updating your crappy TGP and making galleries fucktard. The reason no one else is complaining is because there isn't a problem. Real webmasters like as much information as possible on their traffic. If you had a case and a reason to complain other people might be backing you up. But since your all alone on this then maybe you should rethink the shit your spewing and realize your only making yourself look stupid.

We?ve removed that from the stats area because it was creating confusion to per sign up webmasters and is unrelated to a per sign up webmaster?s pay out.

They couldn't pay $35/signup if they didn't get enough re-bills.

The program is set up for them to win; not lose.
So it is useless to know the rebills since it has to be more than they are paying you or they would be out of biz.

If you want to try rev-share then just signup for another account and see for yourself.

But I can tell you already that you will make the same money because they can cut your rebills off after a certain amount and collect the rest for themselves. In other words they will always "win" in the end dude!

It's is just naive to think you are going to do better by switching modes in a program that is designed to make money from you.

If their per signup payments exceed the rebills they will simply have to cut off(shave) the signups to stay in biz or either siphen off the rev-share accounts by cutting off rebills after a few months.

They are not going to lose.................

agreed, there is no reason for some monkey to come and call out a major respectable sponsor like topbucks, without contacting them first and discussing it with them. love how these people just come to the board and cut them up. topbucks is #1 in my books.

Yes they could.

Traffic is king and as long as webmasters send them traffic, they will remain profitable.

If a company focuses on having a good exit chain, they can make much more than we can as affiliates for every 500 hits we send to their tours.

Agreed. However, saying that they shave is just plain wrong, at least back up your statement with some proof which, as of yet.. you havent done so you are just causing drama for the sake of stupidity.

You still dont get it.. they wouldnt have to sign up for a new account if the revshare stats were shown on PPS accounts LOL

Again more accusations of shaving without proof.

You are correct however, without being able to see the stats now, nobody will know without signing up for a new account and sending traffic to that account lol

You have just said your self in this post why it was a good idea to show both recurring and pps stats in the webmaster lounge.. thats what we have been telling you LOL

I think the monkey is the one that gets shaved everyday and is too proud to admit it.

I click thru to the join page on topbucks sites thru multiple computers and they don't even count all the hits. Why shave hits but not shave anything else?

If sponsors don't want to appear to shave then they should not "adjust" the hits or show stats and then remove them without posting a message.

Thank you for proving that you cannot read.

I never said that shit.

I said "I didn't complain" about it.

It is a stupid idea for them to show you that you can take more profit from them in your stats. That's why they removed it!!!!!!!!

They could have posted a message to explain anything to any webmasters who didn't understand why that info was there; but they didn't.....WHY????????
Because they never wanted it to be there!!
It was a mistake; they fucked up hard!

End of story.
