Hit me up on icq 120353154, I'll be more then happy to explain in detail how your sales get a re-bill.
No matter what program you are in (per sign up or revshare), once a member signs up we do our best to keep them around, keep them happy, and to stay on for another month. When they stay on, they get re-billed. We track what webmasters sent what sales and how many of those sales have re-billed for analysis purposes.
