Give Spotbrokers a try. His stats page is accurate, so you know exactly how much traffic he can send your way. And, his counter for traffic delivered actually matches my counters for traffic received. Plus, his traffic converts as well as any regular TGP traffic, so it's not crap, traded traffic.
