The reasoning is simple: this isn't an excercise in theoretical ethics - it's an existing reality. They didn't know she was going to be born the way she was. Well - she was. When I watched the video, I had a series of reactions:

A. Initial horror.
B. Then I watched her running around, and reaching out to be hugged, and I thought she was pretty cute.
C. Then, (B) made me sad.

My final reaction? Send a little money.

Not sit back in my comfortable life with my normal child and say "In my esteemed and learned opinion, you should kill that thing. It's best for her. I know, because, well - those who speak from an ivory tower know best."

As for those who posted 'circus' threads and other BS - go back to killing small animals or jacking off to rape scenes, or whatever else it is that sociopaths do.
