You've probably heard it all before... try to get regular exercise, it help moderate the situation. I've also recently read something that suggests that mild hyperthyroidism can contribute to panic attacks... maybe get your blood electrolytes checked? Or are you just repressing the memory of how much you enjoyed it when the aliens gave you an anal probe?    |

Sorry to hear that Juicy. I use to have panic attacks all the time at the clubs, drove me to the point of not even wanting to go out clubbing. What meds are you taking at the moment? I was taking paxil for about a year and it all of a sudden stopped working. I recently switched to celexa and it has been working like a charm.

It's amazing how many people here have them. I've never experienced it but I have a friend who used to have it happen a lot when we were younger. Her hands would draw up, too. I think that was before people really knew what it was because everyone always called it "hyperventilating", lol.
