Jesus Christ I Sure Like Cheese.
Mild Cheddar and Edam and Swiss. Please post your favorites and discuss the pros and cons of each cheese. There will be a test.

Ok, Squishy...
TE prefers: 1. Castelmagno + Intensely aromatic, slightly dry and crumbly. Imagine a very dry cheddar with a hint of gorgonzola flavor...great with pears or apples for dessert. -Doesn't melt well, and it is highly perishable once the form is broken. 2. Mozzarella di Bufala + Great as is or with some tomato slices and fresh basil. - Make a mess on pizza due to the high water content. 3. Cheez Whiz (I know it's not cheese, but I like it) + Spreads on anything, travels well ; ) - Can't think of any. ------------------ "relax...the frog's a ventriloquist!" |

My preferred choice is:
Caerphilly, A light crumbly cheese with a sharp yet creamy flavour. ------------------ I wonder what it's like to be forgetful? |
