I don't even understand most of it, there are resellers of other hosting companies. I don't see a problem with this as long as they do a good job. It does add one more point of failure and one more point of support but it can still work just as well.

Nothing wrong with reselling at all. Many hosting companies started like that(or are still doing it)

The "problem" is that when someone point this fact out, and also they FN doesn't own the ip's, they say well companies A B and C work the same way like we do....Even when is is true, it's weak, but it is also UNTRUE
