I agree with Fris, ICQ is the best thing, I talk to everybody on ICQ and get a response right away and they always let me know that they are busy and will get back to me if they cannot help me right away.

This is 100% true but, Mike from Solarcash and alkaline, are the best guys that i meet. They always will help you and make your life more easy. also, they sites converts a lot.

Being Affiliate Manager of XtremePay I agree with basically everyone here on the board. It's definitely WELL WORTH IT to make yourself available to your affiliates at any time, if you can. They are like hundreds of potential customers rolled into ONE individual/company - if you treat them right and keep them happy and reward and encourage their success then you're laughing.

Jman and I work hard to respond to any queries promptly, with fast resolution if possible. Sometimes our hands are tied, but we will ALWAYS let our affiliates know if there is a delay in solving their issue.

Our affiliates are gold to us, and we try to make their experience as easy and profitable as possible.

Well what are you going to do for me? Yeah big wow $35 per sign up just like everybody else, 60/40 revshare big whoop! LOL!

My honest suggestion to account reps that want to get some big business and I am not talking about 50 joins a month. Give to get... What I mean by that is offering something to the "whale" before you start on your big sales speel. One of my biggest successes has been with giving to get.

Even very subtle generous gestures don't get overlooked by people just my

Seriously! I get these pitches at least 5 times a day over ICQ or phone too. It freaking drives me nuts. If you can't even match what my best sponsor offers (and don't pay on checks or phone or dialers), then why do you bother?! It's a waste of both our time!

My ICQ is open 24 hours a day and I'm also available by email. And for the times that I'm not at my computer (either out, or sleeping), I'm available 24 hours a day on my cell phone through MSN. I've had hour long chats with affiliates through my cell phone.

I don't profess to have all the answers, but I sure as hell know where to find them.
