Being Affiliate Manager of XtremePay I agree with basically everyone here on the board. It's definitely WELL WORTH IT to make yourself available to your affiliates at any time, if you can. They are like hundreds of potential customers rolled into ONE individual/company - if you treat them right and keep them happy and reward and encourage their success then you're laughing.
Jman and I work hard to respond to any queries promptly, with fast resolution if possible. Sometimes our hands are tied, but we will ALWAYS let our affiliates know if there is a delay in solving their issue.
Our affiliates are gold to us, and we try to make their experience as easy and profitable as possible.
