I do miss them. I wish I could enjoy games as I once did. Playing them again isn't the same.

Monkey islands, civilizations, grim fandango, doom, duke nukem 3d, simcity..ahh, those were the days.

Don't get me wrong, san andreas etc are far superior games to those.. but I just can't get as excited about it

yes they are just a joystick with all the Atari games loaded into the joystic.. They are only like $25-$30 and they plug into any TV via RCA jacks.. places like Target and Walmart have them.

Required reading for the kids out there. Check out the rest of the site too, they have the best old-school games.

My friend and I have started a project, an entire album base don old computer games songs and samples, should be a lot of fun. Already found a few great reggae tunes from old chopper games and the like, can't wait to finally start laying down the music.
