don't care about the tunes much, but i did used to download emulators and play them on the puter, old NES, SNES and atari.

I do miss them. I wish I could enjoy games as I once did. Playing them again isn't the same.

Monkey islands, civilizations, grim fandango, doom, duke nukem 3d, simcity..ahh, those were the days.

Don't get me wrong, san andreas etc are far superior games to those.. but I just can't get as excited about it :(

I downloaded a dvd for the xbox with 16000 old school games on it, everything from atari 2600 to snes/genesis. california games is still king!

omg i actually played oregon trail a few months ago...downloaded it off kazaa or shareaza or somethin...i kept dying of typhoid :( the other day i downloaded Golden Axe off suprnova.org, but for some reason everytime i played it made my fan stop....weird...but you can get all the old school games off bit torrent

Someone mentioned to me that you can be Ataris now w/ games loaded onto them for like $50. Anyone know anything about this?

Not the really old school ones. I havent played any of the newer systems very often but I miss the old sega master system etc.

yes they are just a joystick with all the Atari games loaded into the joystic.. They are only like $25-$30 and they plug into any TV via RCA jacks.. places like Target and Walmart have them.

My friend and I have started a project, an entire album base don old computer games songs and samples, should be a lot of fun. Already found a few great reggae tunes from old chopper games and the like, can't wait to finally start laying down the music.
