Anyone had problems with verotel today? - GoFuckYourself.com

Is it really only me or did anyone else had problems with verotel for the last 24 hours?

Dear XXXX XXXXXX,

Today November 27th we found problems with your Verotel account, known under number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Earlier today the processing software of the acquiring bank failed to use your Verotel PRO and VISA/MasterCard registered account information. Therefore, transactions to your account have received an ERROR message from the VISA and MasterCard network and were therefore declined.

As a result, no transactions were approved through your account today. It seems to be that the software processing your Verotel Pro account is not setup correctly and it needs to be fixed manually.

At this moment, European banks are closed and are not able to help out in this matter (it's saturday night here in Europe).

Monday morning, as soon as we can get a hold of someone at the
acquiring bank, we will have them fix the software settings.

shit, that's weird. no i never got any notices from them today, everything looks fine for me.

Only happened to a handful of Pro merchants and then only for a short time.

The transactions went through Verotel's system, but the bank's system screwed up.

Joost and his team have been working on it since the problem was discovered and got around it in short time. The actual problem will be fixed through the bank Monday was what he was saying, it is ALL processing again now.

This is our first glitch in a LONG time, and then they emailed all those affected as soon as they became aware of the problem.

Good work - always pleasing to know your processor will advise when things fuck up as well so no-one has to go around guessing about shit.

Check your company info for your email addy....if that's good check your spam folder just to be on the safe side.
