Anyone had problems with verotel today?

Is it really only me or did anyone else had problems with verotel for the last 24 hours?

Dear XXXX XXXXXX,

Today November 27th we found problems with your Verotel account, known under number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Earlier today the processing software of the acquiring bank failed to use your Verotel PRO and VISA/MasterCard registered account information. Therefore, transactions to your account have received an ERROR message from the VISA and MasterCard network and were therefore declined.

As a result, no transactions were approved through your account today. It seems to be that the software processing your Verotel Pro account is not setup correctly and it needs to be fixed manually.

At this moment, European banks are closed and are not able to help out in this matter (it's saturday night here in Europe).

Monday morning, as soon as we can get a hold of someone at the
acquiring bank, we will have them fix the software settings.
