Only happened to a handful of Pro merchants and then only for a short time.
The transactions went through Verotel's system, but the bank's system screwed up.
Joost and his team have been working on it since the problem was discovered and got around it in short time. The actual problem will be fixed through the bank Monday was what he was saying, it is ALL processing again now.
This is our first glitch in a LONG time, and then they emailed all those affected as soon as they became aware of the problem.
