				Favourite At Home Coffee?
Hey folks, I'm new to the coffee world. What's your favourite brand/mix to brew at home in your little dripper or whatever you have? I have tried MGB French Roast and Maxwell House Original, but am wondering what else might be good out there. And is there a big difference if you grind your own beans or what's up with that whole thing, eh?

				 | I think that te coffee from Dunkin Donuts is better than star bucks. and a hell of a lot cheaper. The best thing to do is to try them all. The ones from Columbia seem to be the best.

				 | Starbucks isn't bad but I really like coffee I order via the web on Boca Java (www.bocajava.com). The stuff is rosted when you order it and shipped to you at intervals you determine. Price is about the same as grabbing the Starbucks bag from the store. Good stuff!! Also, if you have a store that has foreign coffee I suggest you check out Illy (from Italy. Best coffee. Ever) Segafredo (from Italy. Second best coffee. Ever) Jacobs Kroenung (from Germany. Third best coffee. Ever) Quote:

				 | For a single, eligible young woman like you I suggest a small grinder, melita drip and whole beans. Just keep trying different beans and roasts until you find the ones you like. I love a nice Moca Java, hot cocoa, milk and coffee all mixed. The other way, great coffee a cup at a time is a pod machine. |

				 | i'm all about going to pick up coffees, i have a machine of course, but i never use it anymore. there are two coffee shops less than a 5 minute walk from me. it just feels good to go for a short walk to pick something up and bring home.

				 | 234ş from Kahls It's their best espresso roast they have, I love it. Very hard roasted, the beans are very oily and it's strong I've also tried French Roast and Espresso Roast from Porto Rico Importing Co. in New York, they're also great |

				 | The coffee needs to be as fresh as possible. so, you have to buy in a quantity that you can finish within a month. The whole beans hold flavor better, so if you invest in a basic grinder, you get more out of the coffee you buy. Grinding just before brewing is always best. I usually get coffee directly from a roaster, so it's always freshly roasted. Mostly varietals and a few blends. Not big on flavored coffees, but will sometimes use Bailey's or even some Torani to flavor a cup at a time. |

				 | How do you guys drink that instant coffee stuff (Maxwell, Nescafe, etc.)? It's nasty. My favorite and daily coffee is pure 100% Blue Mountain beans. It's about $27/pound, but it's well worth it. |
