Anyone try Kava-Kava tea or capsules before?
I just got some capsules in today, they supposively help mellow you out.
Anyone every tried kava kava tea or capsules? Do they do anything? |

I used to use kava. It doesn't do much - it's very mild stuff (it legal, right?). Open the capsule and put it on your tongue. It should make it a little numb.
I've also purchased bulk ground kava - the same shit the islanders use for their tea. It's ok, but really doesn't do enough to make it worth while. Plus, there's reports that kava fucks with some people's livers so watch out. Currently, I enjoy a good mega dose of valerian for occasional chill-outs.
