Anyone use Nexus XI? What's up with them?

Getting a "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties." message when I've tried signing up on any site that uses them for processing.

no it dosnt look good, no rebills are going through either, usual story no reply to emails. Tis weird though, they are no behind in payments, in fact they are prompt.

Perhaps they have had problems with their cc gateway. another one bites the dust.

Its time to get Asama Bin Laden on the credit card companies arses.

The rebills stopped thursday my time (new zealand). really weird though, they were telling me just last week that their growth had been enormous of late and they were employing more people. Be a bloody shame if they are going belly up as they are a very good oufit to deal with.

I might need to find another processor for my avs that I am building, any ideas ?., ccbill is out, they dont have aquiring banks for my part of the world.

I was fairly certain that they haven't had any issues... they always pay on time, and I haven't seen them down before. Hell, even emails get responded to pretty much immediately.

Something must be up

Have rebills actually stopped, or are you just not getting email confirmations?

Ugh, never mind, just checked sales reports and nothing is posted for 11/10 or 11/11.

The good news is that they did not expire clients who did not cancel their rebills. If they are having issues with their bank they might be looking at another bank to work with and might resume processing. If that's the case (alot of IFs), we can all say goodbye to the holdbacks. Probably will be held up by the royal bank as C/B fines on visas request.
I just hope we get paid on the 16th.

Is the 1-877-NEXUSXI number any different from the other one? Ext. 2 goes to Brenda Guenther, marketing director.

I don't have members with them, just goods ... so I didn't know about rebills...

Still no news and we are Friday. I fear that we might not be getting our next wire. They will probably make an announcement on the 16th. Just like every other company that went down already, they will announce it after payday and not before.
Hope I'm very wrong of course but history might repeat itself.

Same problem here - their CC form has been down since Wednesday.

I tried phoning and leaving messages on all departments and sent support request emails every 12 hours.

I just signed up with them this week and they seemed like a nice bunch. Everyone I spoke to beforehand suggested that NexusXi was top notch.

It seems really unusual that they would drop out of communication like this. I'm really hoping that they can get things going soon and be able to explain how they plan to avoid this in the future.

I got a really good impression from them.

I understood that they were a smaller company and their experience in adult was limited but they claimed to have an excellent relationship with their bank and they answered all my tough questions very well - much better than other startup processors (like eCommerceGlobal who canceled my approved app after I asked for their legal business information before sending them my ID).

If anyone hears from them, please let us know asap.

Thanks!

-Dino

Actually I do.

I think they are a scary business based on my first hand experience and it's lucky for them that thread you and I shared a couple weeks ago so miraculously got wiped. I cannot imagine anyone signing with them after reading just what they had to say through you.

If you want to go through it all again, we can. That whole discussion is still retrievable.

But, they should speak for themselves this time and not hide behind you like they did last time.

If you want to do it again, we'll start a new thread 'Anyone deal with eCommerceGlobal.com?'

Your call...

Is it possible that there is a legitimate explanation for their unexpected dropout from communications that does not necessarily suggest the worst?

I have NOT heard a single bad thing about Nexus - in fact, everyone I spoke with had a positive attitude towards them in terms of payments and history. I had a great impression of them.

As you may know, yesterday was a holiday for many in Canada (Remembrance/Veterans day) and it would be understandable if they were running light (support-wise) on the holiday. Some businesses are actually taking a long weekend this weekend.

We also know that only one of their forms is not coming up. Maybe whatever remote monitoring they do might have missed this because the other forms are coming up ok?

It just a thought.

I'm still rootin' for em until they have a chance to shed some light on what happened.

No, but I sometimes (like now), I want to.

With the rate of diminishing returns on available processors, especially for Canada, we might have to be willing to make some allowances if the prospect looks hopeful.

At least there is still a tooth fairy...

That holiday is basically only for the public function ( Government, Post, ...) and para-gov ( Banks ).

Everybody else works.

So that cannot explain the silence ...

Honestly, there is smoke... so be ready to see a fire!

For sure. The holiday excuse is a stretch.

If anything, it is hard to imagine they would not at least check support emails/calls.

Good idea.

I checked the weather and news for Edmonton over past couple days - no snow storms or serious events.
