Help.......How do I remove this ??

Want to remove this http://63.66.136.100/index.html
This is the page that comes up instead of the no dns or server can't be found page.

So where is this file so I can remove it..?

Up there at the top click tools, the choose internet options, then click use blank... it should show about:blank in box.

You can also open regedit.exe (in C
then choose HKEY_CURRENT_USER
then Software
then Microsoft
then Internet Explorer
then start opening the little folders until you find some with bullshit search urls and make the default 0 (that's a zero).

Ok did it However that just changes the home page setting. I'm not having a problem with the Homepage setting. It's with unfound pages or no DNS. I get this instead
http://63.66.136.100/index.html

Need to find a remove or change a setting somewhere....?
