I found this from another article about those spammers......"McGuire pointed out that Jaynes was earning close to $500,000 a month through his spamming business and that he had assets worth nearly $24 million."

That fucker made 24 million dollars sending out spam and fucking people out of their money. 9 years is bullshit for what he's done

Yes rape and murder sometimes get senetences that are not as harsh. Well don't compare this to those crimes. Change the laws so that murderers and rapists stay behind bars longer.

But like I said, these guys will come out after 9 years and spend the rest of their lives living like kings.

It's like when they take down a corrupt CEO who stole millions of dollars. They never recover the money that is usually in some Swiss bank account. He goes to prison for 5-10 years and there is that fat bank account waiting for him.

Who's the real sucker in all of this. The guy who spends 5-10 years in prison and is a rich man afterwards, or those that make an honest living, never become rich after 60 years of work.

They lock up petty theives and petty drug dealers with these types of sentences. If you're going to put a guy behind bars for stealing $20, you sure as hell better put a guy that swindles people out of $24 million dollars behind bars. He does the same if not more damage than the petty theif does in the bigger picture.
