anyone know what's up with aebn today?
we needed some help with an issue with aebn feeds, and emailed shelby. when we didn't hear back, we called and got voicemail. left a message, tried her on icq - she was n/a all day, didn't respond.
tried to get hold of juan in support, but his voicemail box is full. anyone know if something's up over there?
