we needed some help with an issue with aebn feeds, and emailed shelby. when we didn't hear back, we called and got voicemail. left a message, tried her on icq - she was n/a all day, didn't respond.

tried to get hold of juan in support, but his voicemail box is full.

anyone know if something's up over there?
