Does Anyone here do Yoga?

I was just wondering if anyone here does yoga.

Im still fucked bout that Super Size Movie and I havent ate Mcdonlads in a year.


I went to sigh up for the gym and the guys there were total dicks!
It was a bad scence. Talk about High pressure sales. Anyways....


My girlfriend just got me a book and DVD's and I was reading the book today and thought it made scence.

I know it's not very Manly but I figure if I do it it my home fuck the haters right.

Does anyone here practice it?

I don't do yoga either but my friends does and she is just very happy about it, feeling great and do a lots thing she couldn't do before....

I try to take in a class when I can. It does wonders for opening up your pelvic region and loosening leg and lower back muscles.

Yoga goes hand in hand with BJJ. Plus, the hawt babes in class.

I did for a few years taught it and what not.

Do astanga (power) yoga and you'll gain muscle and flexability. I'm pretty sure the ladies don't mind a flexable guy.

I do yoga once a week, I don't know what type of yoga you are looking for casue there are so many that strengthen you mentally or physically or both. To most people I recommend Power Yoga, it is really good for you.

It all depend on what works for you...

I heard some really amazing things about Yoga from loads of people that actually saw incredible results from it physically, spiritually and mentally...

I always wanted to try it so I gave it a shot...

It did absolutely nothing for me... It didn't make me feel better in any of these ways...
The best thing that works for me is just going to the gym and lifting...That makes me feel great and I am very happy with the result I see from it...

My whole point is...Go with what works for you regardless of what ever everbody else says works for them. The only way you'll know is if you try it!

Another form of Yoga which is good for toning up is Pilates.

I tend to hang with people who are really into yoga. And I have had periods where I do it daily. It is a wonderful practice on so many levels. None of which are cerebral, so it it is hard to discuss the benefits. You just have to do it. Find a studio that feels right (some are much more abotu excercise, some are more spiritual)
and then stick to it at your body's own pace.

Yoga and drinking more water are the next best things to do after cutting out junk food.

This is a very intense Yoga move I in vented myself call the Grab.... here Vanilla will help me demonstrate.

First grab your partner. Pull her close, feel the energy exchange, often it cause the subject to smile, reach for the breast at this point you should feel a swelling in your pants. Thanks the subject for their time and move to the next partner.
