It all depend on what works for you...
I heard some really amazing things about Yoga from loads of people that actually saw incredible results from it physically, spiritually and mentally...
I always wanted to try it so I gave it a shot...
It did absolutely nothing for me... It didn't make me feel better in any of these ways...
The best thing that works for me is just going to the gym and lifting...That makes me feel great and I am very happy with the result I see from it...
My whole point is...Go with what works for you regardless of what ever everbody else says works for them. The only way you'll know is if you try it!
