They are the first company to be found liable for violating the DMCA.
E-voting company Diebold settles over false copyright claim The seizure of Indymedia.org servers by the FBI a couple of weeks ago (after a US federal court order was delivered to Rackspace) which shut down 20 European Independent Media Centres seems to be tied into the case http://www.dmeurope.com/default.asp?articleID=3708 And yes it does have to do with their voting machines...
