It has cable modem access and dsl access... So internet would not be a problem for a few employees...
I am sure being in the area it is that it can get some sort of larger scale network setup done.. But I have not checked into that party yet...

seriously though, you could do just about anything with that space. set up some inhouse cam girls. shoot content. maybe an office with conference room and a spot for some projectors and shit for presentations.
