start a delivery company for sex toys locally, people call in say what they want and have it delivered to their door, huge profits desperate market

depends on what part of town it was in. Industrial or Commercial location? basically is it a well travelled business route, or in the more industrial side of town?

It has cable modem access and dsl access... So internet would not be a problem for a few employees...
I am sure being in the area it is that it can get some sort of larger scale network setup done.. But I have not checked into that party yet... |
