Does proBilling owe you money?

I haven't been paid since August 26. Anybody else got an issue with them?
Somebody at accounting responded (after 1 month and several e-mails) telling me that they are trying to contact their bank to get my wires out!! After 45 days, I find that to be total BULLSHIT. They are still processing my rebills. If they intend to go out of business they sohlud at least quit processing instead of robbing us webmasters again.

A message for Colin Holowaychuk : if you're still in charge, please come forward and give me a clear answer. Thank you.
I'm still patiently waiting...

We stopped using probilling in January this year and moved the members to other processors. We still get checks for released holdbacks though... just got one this week again.

I wouldn't use them anymore though. For example, their security certificate expired in May and it doesn't look good at all if a processor doesn't even update their security certificate.

Yep, same here... we even cancelled all members that signed up using online checks and moved them to other processors.

They were in Vegas in January and I talked to them about some stuff. Two weeks later they suddenly stopped cc processing.

When I told them that they had lost my business to the competition because i hadn't gotten paid, this is what Jamie at their accounting dept. replied to me:

"...I have been phoning our bank every day for the last week in order to get your wires sent to you.

However you telling us how terrible we are and how useless we are does not motivate me to assist you further. Once the bank responds to my messages I will provide them with the information required to send your wire..."

This is what I had originaly wrote:

Why is it impossible to get a simple answer from you people? You are the most terrible processors I have ever had. You have lost my business for the past 3 weeks to electracash.
I will not work with you again until I get a response.

I think she didn't really handle me properly. I'm getting my lawyer to send them a letter this week, we'll see what gives. Colin didn't even reply to my e-mails, I guess he must be married to Jamie. LOL.

Cannot even imagine why people would still be using them in any capacity in 2004.

Customer service was never one of their strong points.
And now, it has been bypassed only by their failure to PAY out the monies they owe.

Lacoste, why dont you call them?
I never had any problems when I did use them, they always paid and always answered the phone.

You would be in the same situation with verotel if not worse if you would be expecting them to answer emails...they are 1000 times worse in communications in that respect.

doober :
They are getting my e-mails so why bother calling? In what way would it change anything? Or is their whole help desk with LIVE OPERATOR (my ass!!!) not working? I've had them on the phone before and I always landed on some dude who didn't know what was going on and kindly suggested I SEND ANOTHER E-MAIL. Bad joke.

I' with Trax. Anybody got check processing, please post your stuff here, I'm rready to signup now. Thank you.
