With all the free shit given away via tgp's and picposts how is an original site supposed to make it or does it even matter?

If i could bag a 300 members I could really get my site off the ground but I'm not sure what the fuck to do... should I go fuck myself roughly?

I am not an expert in paysites, but I would expect quality, vid feeds, chat, regular updates, maybe some adult games, no advertising on member pages and once again *quality*. I am sure a lot of people would pay for something better than free 30kb jpgs.

Uh... not quite sure what you're asking here. An original product will sell itself.

Just look at ExploitedTeens, BlacksOnBlondes, PrivateLolita... all original, all hugely successful. I wish that I'd have beaten 'em to it... sadly I'm lacking in ideas (which may explain the abscence of millions of dollars from my bank account) - but good luck to those that have them.

I was in the exact same boat when I started Lightspeed University -- I worked at night and on weekends until it was fat enough to quit my dayjob. You're doing things backwards. If you have your own unique content, keep it for yourself, make some galleries and free sites with it and use them to push several small AVS sites each featuring a different model or what have you. Inside each of these small AVS sites, you can upsell to a premium AVS which will have house your movies. I wouldn't dare start a paysite without first getting the AVS sell down pat.
