I was in the exact same boat when I started Lightspeed University -- I worked at night and on weekends until it was fat enough to quit my dayjob. Pick something that you do well, and do it better than anyone else. Fuck what everyone thinks -- if their so smart they'd all be too rich to talk to you. Work hard, stick to your guns and the money will come.
