I am not an expert in paysites, but I would expect quality, vid feeds, chat, regular updates, maybe some adult games, no advertising on member pages and once again *quality*. I am sure a lot of people would pay for something better than free 30kb jpgs.

Raise your price, raise your rev share to 50%to70% going to the webmaster and then promote the hell out of your webmaster program. Buy some banner or buttons anywhere webmasters gather.

Submit small galleries with your unique content to tgps.

You're doing things backwards. If you have your own unique content, keep it for yourself, make some galleries and free sites with it and use them to push several small AVS sites each featuring a different model or what have you. Inside each of these small AVS sites, you can upsell to a premium AVS which will have house your movies. I wouldn't dare start a paysite without first getting the AVS sell down pat.

This is exactly what I did... Designed and promoted a full scale killer paysite straight outta tha gate. And let me say from experience: This is the fastest way to go broke.
