![]() Ya know....It's bad enough that a lot of people in this business rip each other off. It's not too cool that some companies have shitty customer service. But what really takes the cake for me is when we get ripped off, the billing company knows thier client is ripping us off, the billing company says to have the attorney send them the required paperwork so they can take care of it right away.....
THEN.....Almost 7 months later.....You still have not received any sort of follow up from said billing company. Now, I'm not talking about an average customer service agent dropping the ball here. I am referring to one of the top 3 execs in the company personally over seeing this along with their "Director of Business Affairs." -----Original Message----- From: EDITED Sent: Tuesday, March 09, 2004 2:16 PM To: Aaron Matthews Cc: EDITED Subject: -- EDITED Aaron, Thanks for your email. I'm forwarding it to our legal department for response. Please let me know if I can facilitate anything. Soooo...Knowing that things do occasionally get overlooked...I wrote them again last week....TWICE. No response. The shittiest part of this whole deal is that they are a major player among the billing companies. I have a respectable size network in place of others who would like to send me traffic but they prefer that I use the company in question. This is where I need to decide if I should sign up with them and process even though they have fucked up...Several other times as well....Or if I just say fuck em....And lose out on the potential income. Now...For the record...I am NOT referring to CCBill. It seems that they know a thing or two about customer service and follow up?Unlike their competition. Evan a returned email saying "Sorry, but we can not help" would be better than ignoring me. Now...I'm going to take a lovely lady out to dinner. Maybe the parties involved in this rant will take the time to return my email by the time I check it in the morning. |

If it takes a post on GFY to get them on the ball i wouldn't bother using them. It will just be more problems down the road.

It's pretty obvious who you're talking about. I suggest you suck it up and sign-up with them. The results will help make up for your dissatisfaction.

how many times did your attorney try to follow up on the progress of the situation after sending in the initial paperwork?

Aaron I know exactly how you feel. I use 3 billers and the only one that responds and takes care of any requests I have is CCbill. The other two are terrible when it comes to customer service.
Yesterday I received an email from one asking why I wasn't processing sales thru them anymore. What pisses me off is I have at least 5 emails that I sent to them regarding specific issues I had and that was back in May this year. They never responded to one of the emails and now they want to know why I don't process any new sales thru them!

I know how you feel too, Aaron....my beef was with IBill....and, yeah, I WILL mention names, as I've spoken to them on the phone, at the shows....I've written.....and all I ever got was bullshit responses.
Who's the client here? I thought I was; yet, all they would say was 'When you get home from the show, give us a call and we'll straighten it out'. I haven't called and now I'm glad I didn't. They still haven't paid for the Web900 debacle; what makes me think they can change a name on an account? As to your situation, I am surprised. And somewhat saddened, as I've watched customer service go down over the past year.
