I know how you feel too, Aaron....my beef was with IBill....and, yeah, I WILL mention names, as I've spoken to them on the phone, at the shows....I've written.....and all I ever got was bullshit responses.
Who's the client here? I thought I was; yet, all they would say was 'When you get home from the show, give us a call and we'll straighten it out'.
I haven't called and now I'm glad I didn't. They still haven't paid for the Web900 debacle; what makes me think they can change a name on an account?
As to your situation, I am surprised. And somewhat saddened, as I've watched customer service go down over the past year.
