I just bought an ATI all in wonder and a 2nd monitor. I thought I was spending a lot this week on my computer and I got bought for like $500. Now I feel like I should go ahead and buy something else, lol.

x800 Platinum is crap

Actually, if you look at some of the more recent benchmarks, the ATI X800 Platinum Edition is gaining ground on Nvidia's cards after a couple of driver updates.

Just wait until Half Life 2 comes out, we'll see who has the better benchmarks

I know that someone is gonna bring up the ATI driver issues saying how they don't update their drivers. That was in the past and they surely learned their lesson. If you look at their website driver history, you'll see that they've been releasing new drivers almost monthly.

x800 platinum is expensive as fuck, and it still gets smoked by a simple geforce 6800 (not even ultra) in benchmarks
