Hey guys; how many of you been trying youre best to quit smoking
but all of a saden you just sacrificing but it didnt work at all.
coz you cant stop.its really hard sometimes but you have to exert extra effort for health sake.
Im thinking what will be the best way how to stop smoking.

Just stop. Simple as that. Willpower works better than anything else for any such addiction.

Supplement it with some hard candy and something like a pen to play with in your hand.

I don't get how people can't control:

- purchasing a product
- picking up this object
- setting an object on fire
- putting burning object in mouth

That's a lot of chances to catch yourself and say "Oh, no, wait.. bad idea".

'If something is on fire, don't put it in your mouth.'

.. isn't that, like, Mammal 101 ?

I light them after they are in my mouth. Trying to light them before hand is a bitch.

By the way I have not collected Mammal 101, it must be a rare and on the endangered species list.

ZYBAN is the most etffective way. It works on the cravings in your brain, basicly take 1 pill a day, and keep smoking (but cut down) by week 3 or sooner you wont feel the need to smoke, and give up, but keep taking zyban for a further 3 months or even longer.

The crazy thing is that scients still dont know exactly how it works.
