Capturing video screenshots?
Someone point me to some good software that can capture Windows Media and other video source screenshots.

Just press the "Print Screen" button and paste the screen in photoshop

Turn off hardware acceleration in your display properties->settings->advanced->troubleshooting (at least in win2k)
