Capturing video screenshots?

Someone point me to some good software that can capture Windows Media and other video source screenshots. :)

Just press the "Print Screen" button and paste the screen in photoshop

Turn off hardware acceleration in your display properties->settings->advanced->troubleshooting (at least in win2k)
