Homemade buffalo sauce + homepade pizza + beer DONT MIX!!
My mouth is on fire and my eyes are a tearin'....
Just got home drunk, figured eating leftover pizza would be good.. Made buffalo sauce out of whatever I thought could be in it: bottle of tabasco, package fo paprika, lots of white vinegar, margarine, pepper, garlic salt..... Drinking leftover beer from the bar I was at..... NOT A GOOD MIX!!!!!

Ok buffalo sauce's ingrediants are: Hot sauce of your choice, Butter (quite a bit), splash of vinegar. Thats it. Most hot sauces are vinegar based anyways, so you just dumped a bunch of acid on your stomach. |

3/4 cup hot sauce. 1/4 cup butter. (not margarine) 1 tsp. vinegar (not rice vinegar) place in pot, simmer until melted and hot, stir and its done. Oh you "may use less hot sauce, and or thin it with chili sauce or catchup" |
